About the Event

This package includes Meals, Meditation, massage and much more. 


  • SIlent time : There will also be a period of silence during the retreat ,this is a meditative segment ,where we can practice calmness and allowing oursellves to tune in within inner beauty. 
  • Massage : Enjoy 15mins of Massage 
  • Daily Breakfast This is for anyone who is currently a breakfast eater, also offered: Plant base foods, Pure juices, smothies to nourish and balance and heal.
  • Meditation: With a group of like minded women, you will explore self-enlightenment,gratitude,and inner peace. 
  • Zumba :It's a group dance routine that will help loosen our spirit and free our minds during our stay at the retreat.
  • Lunch & Dinner We will have lunch together, dinner will be also filled with healthy delicacy that we all know and enjoy
  • Saturday Night All White dInner party is a time to unwind, dress up and feel extra beautiful, so bring your dress and enjoy a evening of complete sisterhood. 
  • Rooms will be shared with 2 persons each please be advised we will need to wear mask around each other. 

Must have recent negative covid test, and mask required.
